If you have been an innocent victim of a violent crime, we can assist you in making a claim against the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA), a government body. The CICA has its own rules and regulations which are strictly applied and we can help guide you through this process.
The CICA may pay compensation even if the offender was never convicted of the crime that caused your injury. There does not necessarily have to be an identified offender. The compensatory award can vary from between £1,000 to £500,000.
Our solicitors are able to assist, advise and guide you through the claims process, from the beginning all the way through to conclusion. We can also assist you in any appeal against an unfavourable decision made by the CICA.
If you have been injured as a result of crime, then please call us for a confidential chat. We will be happy to help.
