Caroline Bird qualified as a solicitor in 2006, having already been called to the Bar in 2002. Following a post-qualification role as a civil litigation solicitor, she joined W Davies in 2007.

Caroline is an experienced litigation solicitor whose areas of practice include:
- Employment Law: For the Employer
Caroline’s clients range from large corporations to small businesses. Caroline advises in relation to all aspects of employment law including Contracts of Employment, Handbooks, Policies & Procedures, Business Sales and Transfers (TUPE), Redundancy and Reorganisation, Post Termination Restrictions, Tribunal Claims and Settlement Agreements.
- Employment Law: For the Employee
- Caroline provides advice to Employees on their employment rights and any potential claims, including Unfair Dismissal and Discrimination. Caroline also advises Employees in relation to the handling of workplace disputes (disciplinary proceedings and grievances), Tribunal proceedings and Settlement Agreements.
- Contentious Probate
- Caroline acts for Beneficiaries, Executors and Trustees. She deals with disputes relating to the validity of Wills including with reference to allegations of Undue Influence, Mental Incapacity, and Invalid Procedure. She also deals with claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and disputes relating to the administration of estates and the removal of Executors.
