W. Davies, solicitors in Woking, is launching a new legal Evening Surgery for those people seeking initial legal advice and support for any legal issues outside normal business hours.

Beginning on Wednesday 3rd August, the new Surgeries will run, thereafter, on the first Wednesday of every month, between 5.30 and 8 pm. At each evening session, a client is offered a FREE 20-minute legal discussion regarding any of Wills, Probates, Litigation and Family Law matters. Having the opportunity of an evening appointment may benefit those who find it difficult to see a solicitor during normal business hours.

There may be some opportunities to drop in to the Surgery without a pre-arranged appointment and still be able to see a solicitor. However, clients are advised to make an appointment, by contacting W. Davies’ Receptionists, if they wish to ensure that they will be guaranteed an evening meeting with one of our solicitors.

Commenting on the new Evening Surgeries, the Head of Private Client Department, Alexandra Milton, said: “We understand and appreciate that many Woking residents work in London, or outside the town. As a result, they might find attending a meeting during normal office hours very difficult. Therefore, we have decided to introduce this new evening service, once per month. Our hope is that the facility will assist those looking to take that first step in obtaining our advice and support.”
