Alexandra Milton qualified in 2003 and joined W. Davies in July 2008. She is a Partner and Head of our Private Client Department. Alexandra is a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly, a national association of lawyers which focuses on legal services provided to older people. She is also a full Trust and Estate Practitioner ("TEP") member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (whose members are legal practitioners specialising in trusts and estates, executorships, administration and related taxes).

As a northern girl, she loves the bright lights of London and regularly travels to see shows on the West End. She is fanatical about her football club, Middlesbrough - and enjoys a glass of wine when celebrating their endless victories! Alexandra is also a keen member of her local gym.

Fiona qualified as a solicitor in 1986. She worked in the private client departments of two major London firms before joining W. Davies at the beginning of 2008, following a career break to raise a family.

Fiona read music at Cambridge then studied at the Royal College of Music in London before pursuing a legal career. She maintains an active and passionate love of music, enjoying particularly playing the organ at local church services, accompanying Guildford Opera Company, teaching the piano and giving occasional recitals for charity. She is also an enthusiastic member of the Bach Choir in London.

Simon's responsibilities include:

• Company work.

Simon joined W. Davies in 1960 as an articled clerk. He became an assistant solicitor in 1965, before being made a partner at the age of 27.

Originally, he dealt with criminal and matrimonial cases, but for the last 30 years he has moved the firm towards being a commercial, private client and litigation practice.

Simon has acquired a huge number of clients in all walks of life. He acts for a number of charities, including Woking Hospice, of which he is a Trustee. He has also carried out the legal work to found the Abbeyfield in Pirbright and is currently acting for Woking Galleries in connection with The Lightbox.

Simon’s interests include book collecting, especially First World War material and modern first editions.
