Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 1985, following Reading University and The College of Law and experience in London. He became Head of Litigation at W. Davies in 1989 and heads a team of 7 litigation lawyers dealing with all areas of civil litigation practice. He is also the firm’s Training and Complaints Partner.

Andrew's interests are History and Politics, Golf, Association Football, Drama and Crime Fiction.

His work involves:

• Commercial litigation - including shareholder and business/partnership disputes, breach of contract and tortious claims, restrictive covenant issues and debt collecting

• Employment tribunals - including disputes between employee and employer, unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract, wrongful dismissal, statutory rights and termination of senior executives’ contracts

Freddie is a Solicitor Advocate, which grants him rights of audience in Higher Civil Courts. He is also an accredited mediator with the Centre for Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and an accredited community mediator.

Freddie enjoys tennis, cycling and squash. His sporting ambition is to get promoted to his squash club’s Premier League – and to remain there!

Craig's areas of specialism are:

• Property litigation - rent arrears, dilapidation claims, possession proceedings (both residential and commercial), business tenancy renewal proceedings and claims brought under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996

• Neighbour disputes - nuisance, trespass and boundaries

• Debt recovery - County Court and High Court proceedings and insolvency proceedings

• Consumer problems - sale of goods, supply of services and hire purchase disputes

• General contractual disputes

• County Court Chambers advocacy

• Contentious probates and claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975

• Licensing under the Licensing Act 2003

Craig trained at W. Davies from 1999, before qualifying as a solicitor in 2001 and then becoming a partner in 2008.

Outside work Craig plays darts for a local club in the Woking Darts League and is a keen supporter of Manchester United Football Club.

Caroline's responsibilities include:

• Personal injury.

• Employment litigation.

• General civil litigation.

• Contentious Probate.

• Professional Negligence.

Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 2006, having already been called to the Bar in 2002. Following a post-qualification role as a civil litigation solicitor, she joined W. Davies in 2007.

Her interests range from playing tennis, general nutrition to horse racing.
