Graham's responsibilities include:

• Development work for builders including land assembly, acquisition and subsequent re-sales

• Planning and adoption agreements

• The grant and renewal of leases

• Planning, environmental and construction issues.

Graham qualified in 1977 and specialises in development work. He joined W. Davies in 2004, coming from a local construction company where he was a director and legal adviser. He became a partner in 2005.

Graham is a keen model engineer and a target shooter.

David's responsibilities are:

• Commercial matters

• Intellectual property issues

• IT-related matters

In 2002, David joined W. Davies, having gained over 20 years of experience in Intellectual Property and commercial matters. He works part-time in the firm and is qualified to practice as a Solicitor in Scotland, as well as in England and Wales. In addition, he is a Scottish (but not English) Notary Public.

David has spent much of his professional life in the international media business and has worked in over 80 countries. Apart from travel, his interests include writing, reading, drawing and the cinema.
