Craig's areas of specialism are:

• Property litigation - rent arrears, dilapidation claims, possession proceedings (both residential and commercial), business tenancy renewal proceedings and claims brought under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996

• Neighbour disputes - nuisance, trespass and boundaries

• Debt recovery - County Court and High Court proceedings and insolvency proceedings

• Consumer problems - sale of goods, supply of services and hire purchase disputes

• General contractual disputes

• County Court Chambers advocacy

• Contentious probates and claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975

• Licensing under the Licensing Act 2003

Craig trained at W. Davies from 1999, before qualifying as a solicitor in 2001 and then becoming a partner in 2008.

Outside work Craig plays darts for a local club in the Woking Darts League and is a keen supporter of Manchester United Football Club.

Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1996. He is a specialist in civil litigation law and procedure. He joined W. Davies in 2009.

Particular areas of expertise include breach of contract, professional negligence, commercial landlord and tenant issues, construction disputes, intellectual property right claims (copyright / trademark / common law) and insolvency.

Mark’s interests include fencing, fine wines and cycling.
