Craig's responsibilities are:

• Property litigation – rent arrears, claims for dilapidation and possession proceedings (both residential and commercial)

• Liquor licensing

• General litigation – debt recovery, winding up companies and bankruptcy

• Consumer law – sales of goods problems.

Craig trained at W. Davies from 1999, before qualifying as a solicitor in 2001.

His leisure interests include socialising with friends and attending sports matches. He is a keen Manchester United fan.

Caroline's responsibilities include:

Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 2006, having already been called to the Bar in 2002. Following a post-qualification role as a civil litigation solicitor, she joined W. Davies in 2007.

Her interests range from playing tennis, general nutrition to horse racing.

Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1996. He is a specialist in civil litigation law and procedure. He joined W. Davies in 2009.

Particular areas of expertise include breach of contract, professional negligence, commercial landlord and tenant issues, construction disputes, intellectual property right claims (copyright / trademark / common law) and insolvency.

Mark’s interests include fencing, fine wines and cycling.
