About Our Property Department
The Property team at W Davies comprises seven specialist lawyers who cover the full spectrum of property work, both residential and commercial. Between them, the team has 200 years of experience of property work.
Whether it is a sale, purchase, mortgage, or one of the many other dealings relating to property you will have specialists with all the expertise needed to deal with every aspect of property matters. We never make additional charges for dealing with Stamp Duty Land Tax and Land Registration – because we see these as matters to be dealt with as part of the normal course of a property transaction.
