About Elizabeth Maurice

Elizabeth graduated with a BA in Theology from King’s College London and an MPhil in Theology from Cambridge University. She studied for her Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Guildford. Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2005, she worked in various law firms in Cambridge, Northamptonshire, Westminster and Dorking.

Elizabeth joined W Davies in 2018 as a Solicitor in the Private Client Department, where she puts to good use her experience in dealing with Wills, Administration of Estates, Powers of Attorney including Enduring Powers of Attorney, General Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as Deputyship orders. Elizabeth also deals with trusts and tax planning matters.

She is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (“STEP”).
