
About Richard Horth
Wills, Trusts & Probate Team
Richard graduated in 2000 from the University of Leeds with BA (Hons) in Classics following which he completed the Graduate Diploma in Law (2003) and Legal Practice Course (2004) at the College of Law in Guildford. He qualified as a solicitor in 2007, having trained with Mackrell Turner Garrett in Woking. He has worked in legal practice since 2001 between studies. Since beginning in practice, he has dealt with Private Client matters and has concentrated on this field since 2009, while drawing on a broad area of legal practice prior to this.
He joined W Davies in 2018 and specialises in will preparation, complex family matters and estate planning. During his career, Richard has been responsible for over one thousand cases including wills, probate, property matters, Court of Protection, power of attorney and trust work.
Richard is an associate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (“STEP”).
