Davies Solicitors (including the rights and obligations under its retainers with clients) passed from the ownership of its Partners to W. Davies & Son Limited (Company No.:08630811), which, as from 1st July 2014, conducts business as W Davies Solicitors. W Davies Solicitors has offices at Acorn House, 5 Chertsey Road, Woking, Surrey, GU21 5AB (Registered Office of W Davies & Son Limited).  Frederick Lawson and Caroline Batko are Directors of the Company.  We are regulated by the Law Society and the Solicitors Regulation Authority.  Details of our fee earners are available in the “Team” section of the Website.  You should read this legal notice carefully and note that your use of the Website indicates your full acceptance of it.  If you do not agree fully to abide by the terms of this legal notice, you must not use the Website.  W Davies reserves the right to revise this legal notice at any time.  You should check this Website from time to time to review the current legal notice as it is binding on users of the Website.

Privacy Policy and Data Protection

The W Davies website invites you to contact us with your enquiries.  If you do so, we will normally keep on a database your e-mail address plus other details supplied by you. Other than to our data processors or as otherwise permitted by the relevant data protection legislation, we will not disclose to third parties unconnected with W Davies any personal data which you provide by means of this website, without your consent.  Addresses, e-mail addresses and other personal details supplied via this website will be used for the purposes for which you supply them or as may otherwise be stated on the relevant section of this website.
